1. How many photos should I take?
Please take a minimum of 3 photos - 1 from above the damage, 1 from the left side, 1 from the right side - all with neutral background such as a brick wall.

2. How close to the damage should I be?
You need to include approximately 50% of the undamaged area to calculate the area of damage or a form of scale, ie: a hand.
